What should I bring to a session?

You will want to bring any and all outfit changes and accessories needed for your shoot. If you are having kids in your shoot, bringing a favorite toy and/or a snack are always a great idea. Feel free to bring  a blanket for shots on the ground.

Where do we do outfit changes?

We have a portable changing room which will be available for you to use at the shoot.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your shoot location. 

​

What are the service location limitations?

Locations within the 25 mile radius of the normal service areas are included with the session. These include Raeford, Aberdeen, Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Fayetteville, Hope Mills, and Spring Lake. Locations outside of the 25 miles will incur an additional fee.

Can I bring a pet?

Pets of any kind are welcome, as long as they are being included in the shoot. Please bring treats, water, and a leash or kennel for the shots that the pet will not be in. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet.

How long does it take to receive my pictures?

Client galleries will be available within 2-3 weeks from the date of shoot. Prints typically take 2 weeks from date of print order.

What happens in the case of rain?

In the case of rain on the day of the shoot, We will reach out to reschedule your shoot. We will typically wait till about 2 hrs before the shoot to make the final call, since NC weather can be so finicky.

Can I have my unedited or RAW photos?

No, unedited or RAW photos of any kind will not be available for anyone. Unedited photos are not an accurate representation of my work. We insure through our culling and editing process that all the best shots from your session are available for you to choose from in your proof gallery.

What about prints?

All edited digital images come with a print release. This release allows you to print the photos anywhere you would like. Print releases are for prints sizes up to 8x10. Anything larger will need to be printed through us. Please keep in mind we do not guarantee any color correctness or calibration through any printer but our professional print vendor. Our computer screens are specially calibrated with theirs to insure the best possible quality. We do offer print packages for all different needs.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation by client will result in a loss of the initial payment that was sent at booking to reserve photographers time and session slot. 

If you need to reschedule your shoot, you need to do so at least 48 hours before your shoot. As long as you reschedule at least 48 hours before your shoot, your initial payment will be transferred as the initial payment for the new session slot.

What about sales tax?

NC sales tax of 7% is to be added to all session fees and purchases.

​

Do you offer a Military Discount?

There is a 15% discount on all session fees for military personnel with military ID.
